Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a profile for a hybrid role of Project Manager / Business Analyst within the new department. This strategic role’s main mission is to lead global initiatives aimed at controlling and reducing operational risks within the banking sector.

Job description : 

Analysis and Specification: You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing the requirements expressed by the control teams and risk management. Your role will be to translate these business requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT development teams.

Project Management: You will lead key initiatives from design to delivery. This includes mentoring offshore development teams, managing resources, and tracking the budget and timelines.

Strategy and Innovation: You will contribute to the definition of high-quality technical solutions in line with the bank's standards and explore new technologies to enhance existing systems.

Communication: You will be responsible for monitoring progress, writing reports, and escalating risks and issues to stakeholders and management

• Work environment: Client's premises 
  • Remote work: Hybride model (twice a week at client's premises)

• Technical environment: Project management, functional analysis, or IT.

• Start date: ASAP

• Location: Lisbon

Required profile : 

You have 6 years of proven experience in the Business Analyst field.

You are passionate about Analysis and have initial experience in the Business Analyst profession in the Banking industry.

You are :  

• You must be able to synthesize and present complex information to senior management and work in an international environment.
• This role requires a proactive and organized individual, capable of working under pressure
• A perfect command of English is essential.
